I bout my kit from him. I think his name is Carlos. I got the 50mm kit and love it. You might ask if he still has the 50mm version. Mine rips

Pound for pound the best money I have spent. I like the v-8 pipe with the kit. I did not match the boost port with my crankcase and recommend you do. You might ask him to throw in an intake, a carb 24mm or 26mm (I am using a 26), a tuning pack of rollers, extended throttle cable, 3 pack of clutch springs (red, yellow blue), 3 pack contra springs (same colors) and that should get you set. I also bought the prodigy variator. Buy as much as you can from one spot to save on shipping. You should also be able to get a 10% discount off the total. It took about a week to get the box to my home. Oh make sure to get a few main jets and pilot jets to tune with. I would get a main jet set of 125-140 and 40-55 idle jets or so (somebody else might be able to get you dialed in closer than me on the jets) You should come in under budget.

Dont get the tiawan kit.

get a polini or malossi from one of the great sellers right here on this site.

even tho they are only 72cc they are the best bolt on performance that $$ can buy. :imo:

Greetings:

What carb? For Honda PA stock carb, roll-your-own drilled stock jets - size is the mm hole diameter you drill x100 - or Daytona jet kits to 105 from DayWOT, VT Cycles and JiangWayne. There are no other suppliers for these jets that I have found or anyone has posted.

For the popular OKO/Keihin clone carbs, just about any vendor has them. The size you need is always the one you don't have, so collect 'em all.

If you run a Corsa/PG long, I suggest you start with the biggest stock jet and say a little prayer it's enough. Corsa without at least a 21mm carb is something of a waste.

Greetings:

I'm sorry I don't understand. Honda jets are part number 99101-187-0**0, up to -0880 for the 88. There may be larger sizes, but doubtful. Daytona jet kits come with 90-105 or so. The Achilles heel of the stock carb is that you can't buy pilot jets - the size is cast into the carb body. Brave souls have attempted to drill that orifice, but you only get to muck it up once.

OKO carbs use Keihin Hex mains and slotted pilots. Typical collection of 40-55 pilots and 135-155 should amply cover a Corsa build's needs.
