Great photos. Looks like a VW gasket. I have bought several to keep on hand. I was abe to get them for about .47 cents each through an auto parts store.

hi swim. there a oil plug behind the quarter. almost done with the carb & pipe install :happy:

if air leeks by the quarter it will run lean and we all no what that means....

A hole on the piston? oh! your saying the o-ring is not enough. got it . thanks will do more sealing.

thanks graphite. I not finish with setup. did you noticed how close the pipe is to the fan shroud? looks like I will have to order some exhaust wrap for the pipe. :coolcruise:

yes the cable is off the spreedio. just waiting on CHT gauge. to install together.

I did the pilot jet trick. some one on the forum showed how. I can't remember who. thanks for the tip. :thumbwink:
I cut away a little on the bowl. so the pilot jet will come out, without taking the bowl out.
