Picked this up from a buddy that did not have the time or Money to finish. 561 original miles, I'm Third owner. This is my First 2-Stroke scooter build.

Engine mods so far:
1994 AF16E
Autotech355 Monster Upgrade 125cc kit.
54.00 mm bore
52.60 mm Stroke
Engine was Disassembled , Cases Machined and Reassembled by Jed's Cycles in Jerseyville,Il.

30mm Carb
Performace intake
Intake & Exhaust both have Port work..
V8 Pipe - removed the Blue and Powder coated it Gloss Black.

I'm going to run it on Premix E85

I still have to pick up a performance Clutch & Variator Kit.
Also have to get a shorter disc Break hose..

So far I have tore it down to bare frame.
I removed the Stem out of stock tripple tree.
Had an extra gy6 disc brake front end I stripped down , welded in the stock Elite stem then powder coated the tripple & forks Gloss black.
Removed and Powder coated both engine Covers and Kickstarter.
Installed new Black Seat cover.

Took the stock front wheel and Cut out the Drum hub part and made & welded in a Steel hub to mount the Brake Disc. Then Sandblasted & Powder coated both wheels White.
Then mounted New BridgeStone 2.75-10" Hoop H01 Tires
Cut the Stock Engine mount and gave it a 4" stretch.
Did away with Stock rear shock and made a solid strut mount out of 1.0" Sq Tubing.

Couple pics of Scoot when I picked it up.

Greetings:

That looks Great! I really like the "49 RR". Priceless looks on motorists in traffic when I smoke... -ahem, Literally - them.

Greetings:

Best-looking scooter I've seen in a while! Are you clear-coating over the decals, for the Cherry on the Parfait?

But is that a bare-nekkid cooling fan I see? I sure hope your're not running Shroudless!!
