figured since its done, and has been down the track a few times i'd post up a few pics of how we built this monster.
bike runs around 60mph at low 10 second passes in the 1/8 and little over 70mph in the 1/4.
stock internals, race fuel motor, with variator tuning.
mocking up the body, can see the chopped and rewelded forks.
finalized the front end, no fender, they're to big and catch ALOT of air! front brakes only, plenty of stopping power on the track! carbon mtb bars, bmx lever, 1/4 turn quick throttle.
frame, cut off the stamped sheetmetal back half, and remade a tube frame, added more bracing in later on
engine is in, carb is on, 28mm d slide. wire harness is built
under the seat, fuel tank is in, and all the body mounts.
side shot of mounts and fuel tank.
made a swingarm brace, also doubles as a place to mount our rear shock/strut we made. and for future wheelie-bar mounts if needed, as of now, it just spins on the line. need a better tire!
first finished photo, had to cut the body out to clear the carb and filter
shortened twobros carbon muffler
koso tach i cant read going down the track, didnt take into consideration my tuck when i mounted it, oh well.
then made a stand for it.

quick little street race against a friends 232cc gy6 ruckus, this video the bike had a completely, 100% stock transmission, and was running off pump gas.
this forum it would run about 56 mph at around 12 seconds.
lots of fabwork and the motor was built by Josh at 87 Garage! Couldnt have done it with out him!
