Hello again! This thread will be all about my newest project, a 1987 Honda Aero 50. The plan is to swap an aero 125 engine onto the 50 frame and do some refurbishing along the way.

I was lucky enough to find this aero 50 for only $60, craigslist find. It runs but is making internal noises, maybe a crank bearing. The previous owner over sprayed it with stain while spraying his fence, torn seat and cracked plastics. But for being 30 years old and nearly complete I can't complain much.

Here's the donor power plant prior to disassembly, a 1984 Honda Aero 125 I picked up for $100.

It was my good fortune to come across an Aero 50 front panel some time back.
I offered it for sale.
The panel is 86-87, Red, NOS, never been mounted.
There are minor shelf marks from being out of the packaging for a while.
Should you want to utilize it with this newest build, I will make you a stunning deal.
Reply pm please.....mm.... :coolcruise:

Thanks for the offer Mike, but I'll probably just repair the cracks from the back of the panel for now. Someday I might come across some nice white panels...

Wow, that thing cleaned up pretty good.

Shoot me $10 and I'll send you a new lens for that blinker. Its NOS.

Does that nh125 motor have dual rear shocks or is it an optical illusion?
