That's a lot of rotational mass, you will lose speed but gain stability at speed. Looks real neat.

the reason i bought these is because i read that some of these clone motors are geared for 12" wheels and i could not fit the rear drum brake with the 10" tao tao rim i was using. i got lucky and found the matching set on ebay, i like these cause they resemble the 6 spoke gy6 wheels. i plan on getting race compoundish tires but for now ill rock these knobby kendas. the overall diameter isnt much more then the 10 with the bopper tire on it.

after repeatedly running out of gas and getting stranded, i hooked back up my oil tank and am using it as a second gas tank of sorts. its not ideal but it works- a nice fuel cell would be pretty sweet on this!

More practical for sure, looks great. Was bored and lurking on Instagram last night and heard your motor sounds great.

Greetings:

I wish you no harm, but be careful! Spree frame isn't the most robust to begin with, and a hardtail will hammer it if the pavement is rough. I could see it breaking - please ride slow.

Thanks for the concern wheelman! :2thumbs: ive done alot of extra bracing to insure that this bike doesnt fall apart on me. its rigid front and rear so i need all the bracing i can get!

Thanks birdman!

going to swap on my 12" front as soon as the tire gets here!

got my 12" front wheel with a 100/60/12 on. removed the springs from the disk forks for max lowness. 220mm rotor and adelin caliper, lower budget setup but works amazing and i love it.
