took off the phongeer and put the windjammer on it felt lazy (not enough rpm)
put 6.5 rollers in (*took out 6.9)( may need lighter rollers)
didn't change anything else

went for a ride
hit 360 temp 10,500 rpm
carb needs some jetting
and the needle may need to be dropped a little fat 1/4-3/4
pulls really good
40 mph 7500rpm
the clutch needs to slip at a little higher rpm off the line

sold a bunch of motorcycle parts I had laying around for the last ten years
just look at webike WINDJAMMERS MODEL : w-1274-129

just a observation
CT intake measures 1.040 inch
24mm carb =.9448 inch -.0952
26mm carb =1.023 inch -.017
28mm carb =1.102 inch +.062

looks like the 26mm carb better matches the ct intake size

Will a different reed block fit the ct intake ?
more later
need to find another intake I have laying around

On treatland the ct is called a 26mm oko intake so it prolly is best suited for it but idk. And the vforce reed block for a kx65 fits the ct. I've never used it but I hear it really helps a lot. About a $130 price tag with reeds.

If you haven't ported your cylinder that pipe won't be good for it. Pipe must match the cylinder. You need high flow. I'm getting the same pipe for my ported fabrizi because it matches the characteristics. The corsa is capable of flowing it but you absolutely must port it and the block. The laziness is due to too large of a chamber for the small displacement I'm guessing. Putting a bigger carb will hurt the bottom end even more and still flow the same up top thanks to the port timings. A 24mm carb can flow 13.5k on a corsa with a yasuni c16 modeled pipe.

turned 11,000 + rpm with the old pipe
and the chamber and head pipe was bigger
changed the rollers lighter picked it up
need to order a better selection of rollers and rain to stop
as soon as some parts come in
ill spend more time trying to tune it in

I saw that the kx65 vforce reed block fits
