There's should be an o-ring on the bottom plug is it there? Also have you done the pilot jet mod to the bowl so you can access the pilot jet from the plug? If you opened it up to much the plug won't seal it anymore. Also make sure you don't over tighten the plug or it will wreck the oring should just be tight enough that you can't unscrew it with your fingers.

On my 65cc with 21mm oko I was pretty good at a 105/42 set at about 1 2/3s turns on the airscrew clip up one from center I think can't remember that much lol. So I'd say go higher but I can't really tell from your description.

got a 92 main jet late yesterday from graphite9 will try it later to day ...
thank you graphite9 your a stand up guy and got to love the sticker .... a 1 guy to deal with and fast on getting parts in the mail....
thank you graphite9

i shood say something about the pipe technigas silent pro 50-70cc i have ...
because i did not have a stock pipe to start out with dont no if it has more tork or i get more speed out of it but heres what no...
the pipe had to be cut in to 3 peases to get it to fit my se50 and welded back together it was tork out of shap dont no why as for the sound it is a not lod at all .. get to speed and let off the gas a little and it d.a.mm near silent .. as for the looks it has a bigger head pipe then the unrestricted stock pipe ... the back hafe is larger the a stock pipe and look like a v8 pipe with the tip coming out of the top eage of the pipe.. will post photo later with luck ...

Ive been having rich issues on my dio. Ive been working down in jets bit by bit. The other day it was so hot out and my carb was sooooo rich it wouldn't rev up to get over 20mph or so. It was very embarrassing lol. I had insane bottom end until 1/4 throttle. So as soon as I got out of the pilot jet I had nothing but growl 4 stroking. I went down a ton jet wise and now I m closer but Its still rich in the mid range. It growls and when I get over the rich part I have to hold on tight while the speedo needle disappears :-) have you checked the throttle slide to see if it's opening all the way? With a rich main jet and not getting the slide all the way open that could explain the low top end. Even the rich top end could explain the low top rpm.
