Prolly won't be to far off with the 107/48 if it's Idling smooth gotta be close. I'm running a 110/42 in my 21 oko on 65cc polini af05. Bit mines not fully dialed in yet either. When I did my heat cycles I did about 4 to 150-200 degrees and about 4 to 300 degrees and 4-5 to 380-400. Took her easy for about 60 miles and then started crackin it open here an there. Just watch your temps once you start actually ridding it. Prolly over kill but better safe then sorry. Running temps can be anything up to 350-400 just gotta watch the great spike after running wot. Took the polini to 430 degrees a couple times no problems but I'm running 100 octane fuel.

yes your doing fine .Id try the 42 and 102 remember its only 65cc and you now have a ported block.the bigger those intake windows in the block the smaller jets you need .Air speed from the carb to the jug changes jetting

just got done reading it ... as well as listing to it... (Natural Reader text to speech software ) bu what i have read it running rich all the way a round ... dose not say a thing about a temp Gage on tuning the carb ... the temp at idle is about 160 and on a ride at 3/4 it get to about 256 so its running cold to munch gas running in the mix ???? i think???

Ok, just remember you are still breaking it in. just take it easy with it and read the plug . keep an eye on the temps so it doesn't get over 400 and let it seat the rings. Rich is better than lean, you know that. You will get to tune it as you go. The main thing about the temps is that you get familiar with the engine and where it runs best at, and how performance acts as you change the settings; i.e. plugs; br6hs to a br8hs, or jets, or needle clip setting, or fuel to oil ratio. Do you have a tachometer? Learn, have fun and be careful during break-in. Give it the time it needs to "run-in". Keep us posted and enjoy the nice weather you have waited so long for!

21mm oko carb 7 gram rollers Malossi jug putting new piston and rings 107 42 in the carb used yellow Malossi spring and 3 green Polini 2k grabber springs..

put in the 103 42 jets ...my tack off suck big time so went back to the 107 jet and kept the 42 jet.... the temp never got over 300 as of yet and i went for a ride of a fue miles our tenp was 55 ... did not drop the pin its still in the middle grove ... did open it up for a short time and it did not go over 7800 rpm. and that what i get with the stock carb.... and the speed was about 40 mph... i wood like to no how you guys can get like 9000 or higher rpm out of your scooter???? i pull the old rollers that are 6 grams out of the old motor to try but thay have flat spots on them so did not try them ...

I have a total of 33 grams in my variator I think. I get her spinnin in the mid 9k range. I think the pipe is hurting you more than helping you.
