Well started bolting on the necessities getting everything ready to go. Crank seals are in, magneto, flywheel with a new key. Was cleaning of the outside in the cylinder and noticed she should prolly have a good hone before I install it so I'm on hold till my new ball home comes in. The exhaust port could use a good polishing as well so I'll be finishing that up today.
So I have a 48mm ruima top end and a 43.4mm ruima crank I'm looking at about 1.1mm difference in stroke. I'm gonna start with 3 base gaskets and 1 metal head gasket. My base gaskets that I have are .4mm so 3 is 1.2 so I figure I should be close. I want to get a aluminum spacer but haven't gotten around to that. Going to check the squish clearance with some solder and my calipers.

So where am I at "cc" wise? I'm not sure where I should start with the 24mm oko. I will be running my scorpion rep pipe for now, along with stock gears to start till I finally pull the trigger on some. Running a s trans with a polini 2 shoe clutch, polini for gy6 variator with prolly around 34g load. 24mm oko on a ct chrome with uni-filter So what do you guys think would be a good starting point for jetting? Figured around a 130 main 50 pilot? Rich but safe lol I figure it's to high just looking for a safe starting point. Thanks guys here's a couple pics of progress.

Well she's just about ready for a start just need a couple odds and ends and some header bolts. Went with 3 base gaskets and one head. Clears the ports at total bottom and just crowns at the top. Haven't measured the squish yet but it looks pretty good. Hopefully be able to bolt it up this weekend. Image

Well the ministroker never got bolted into the frame before the snow fell here in Michigan been buys moving for my new job and getting settled in so she's on the shelf till spring. It is fully finished cvt and all with 130psi for compression so it should be good to go thought about starting her up in the new basement but not my sure the girlfriend would appreciate the 2t fog rollin into the living room as much as most of us would lol. So it's time to start my winter project The MHR!
