it lowers the drag caused by the alternator charging system
by NOT putting out as much amperage
which means some things could happen in a non race street bike
on long rides
like
your battery will not get fully charged
not enough power for proper spark
which can throw off ignition timing

Many of us, who are less knowledgeable about scooter charging systems, are asking
"what gimmick ?...what is the claim of this mysterious item"??

Racing type stator

this stator is 4 pole/coil design

will make engine loading lower for racing.

less poles/coils also mean

the flywheel /crankshaft can easy running.

throttle response will quickly than stock one

(this stator WILL NOT give you more power, also will not give more top speed)

this racing type stator is from Taiwan.

It looks like a legit part that would be equivalent to lightening the flywheel, or heading in the direction of inner rotor. I asked the seller if this fits af16, he replied with no one in Taiwan races the af16. Its outdated, therefore it does not fit.

In my experience, these things produce minimal results anyway.

You may not notice the gain from it alone, but with a lightened flywheel, lighter transmission components it all adds up.

I've used them.
so they do fit.
On our race bikes we have made our own 1 pole stators.

How much?

https://www.treatland.tv/honda-DIO-HPI- ... -coil.htms far as I remember this is a fine kit.

And I remember not having a woodruff key. I was advised that the inner rotor would be held in place on the crank just by the way it mates to the crank.

I e-mailed a seller on these stators a few years back & I was told these stators don't power the headlight. "headlight delete" mod. For racing purposes. Not 100% sure, as I never purchased one, but that's what the response was.
