Re: Honda Spree on Roof Rack
Greetings:
Max, Dude, you ax the wackiest questions! Although it doesn't weigh much more than a pair of cheap Wal-Mart Mountain Bikes, lifting the 90-pound Spree up there might prove challenging. Then again, I've carried my Elite (140 pounds.) up 17 stairs to the Boudoir on several occasions... It came home to Deepinnaharta on a trailer-hitch cooler platform. But lifting it a foot off the ground and lifting it overhead without putting a handlebar dent in the Family SUV are quite different tasks.

Most of my money is spent on scooterparts. The rest is just wasted.

Haha! Yeah, Idk I guess I just think of crazy things lol. Well I think I am going to look into getting a trailer hitch installed on my car and use one of the back rack things used for like smaller motorcycles. Probably the safest way to go. I have got a 2 door car and I need to figure out a way to transport my spree to Automotion next year!Wheelman-111 wrote:Greetings:

I've had mine in the boot of my VW Polo with the back seats dropped a couple of times.
Make sure you drain the oil and gas first and cushion it with an old duvet or something.
And yes I did get the boot shut !

Not a spree but believe it not Google doesn't have that many pics of scooters on roof racks.
