I'm running a continental zippy 90/90/10 for reference. It only rubs on hard hits on the rear. And it barely rubs at that. Not damage to shock or tire that I can see

Sucked it up and purchased and Arrow Exhaust from SSS today. Last big purchase is the Polini Corsa, then the rest is cosmetic! :geekdance: Christmas bonus should be coming soon.. Running bike from Santa would make the year! Spending on this build though has been a little naughty :naughty:

Instead of just selling my parts bike whole as a donor, I'd figure to put the time into breaking it all up and sell it in pieces. Little more work but it will help financially...hopefully!

Got some go fast goods in today!
Played HÉLL getting that bolt in the silencer clamp lol BUT I GOTEM!
But... I have a problem. Tried fitting on my new clear bowl to my Polini 24mm and WONT FIT :*: Everything looks like its all measures up properly but one thing. The brass nozzle inside...
Notice in the pic below how they compare. The Polini sits at a higher angle and the clear bowl lower. This is causing interference and not able to get it on. I don't want to try and bend it and risk cracking the bowl (it already has some hairline fractures along the side from when i first received it)

Graphie, you ever experience this problem of have someone else? Are you willing to exchange it?

Probably, i am just learning the differences in the carb styles... Yes I learned my EVO carb was a CP just today lol. If its not compatible no big deal, was cheap and someone else could probably use it. Filled it up with some fuel to make sure that hairline crack didnt leak and was fine from what i could tell.

Pretty positive everything else is exactly the same with the exception of the position of that nozzle. Thanks Jumps!

Bowl fits, had to bend the nozzle per G9. Felt like I was going to break it but I use some pliers and managed. So if any of you run into this problem, BEND IT!

Update: Finally got to lay some beads down and made good progress. My little 110 squirt gun gets the job done (with the exception of cold starts). Just have to hit it with some spray and start wrenching.
