I'll get pics of the templates tomorrow...if that suffices, bingo. If not, I'll mail 'em. Putting them on here, might be useful for someone in the future. They're easy to make, and handy.

I took the lazy guy approach to my templates...staring at 'em, I figured fine measurements were a touch on the meaningless side. You just get some cheap card stock...or do initial "measurements" with printer paper and then transfer them to the cardstock. You just need to pay attention to the shallow bottom groove the cover fits into - and the tricky left side. It has to follow an arc while smoothly bent in, to clear the exhaust. Otherwise, it's any easy piece of fabrication.
