Hey Marty, Try one of these. This is what i use. they work perfectly on strait stems.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/New-1-4- ... veQ5fTools

OR buy one of these. i have one as well. Great for quads and now, our scoots. It has saved my * numerous times while quad riding. Especially when your like 30 miles from home up on the side of a cliff somewhere. lol Or in your case when your out scootin!

Here's the Companys website. I bought one of the kind that runs on C02, then also has a pump for if you run outta c02. But It would fill up 2 sport quad tires and still have a small bit left in the cartrige. I'm sure it'd fill a dozen scoot tires if it had to! lol

http://www.genuineinnovations.com

They got a bunch of options available..i KNOW one of them will work for ya bud!

I have a couple of those kits with my and the wife's quad gear. They will fill a scooter tire I'm sure but it took 5 of those little sucker to fill my quad tire and it only needs 5 psi.

Yah yours is a utility quad tire Much larger bear. Sport quad tires are alot smaller, it takes 1.5 to do a rear on a sport quad. Fronts you can fill twice on 1 cyclinder. Nice thing is, Some of the kits you can buy Walmart Cylinders for bb guns. Alot cheaper than buying Refills from the genuine inovations. Also, buy them in bulk on ebay. I love mine like i said, they're very handy. Once i ran outta C02 and just used the hand pump feature. Took a little bit longer, but still saved my butt.

here is where i got the 90 degree angle tubes.
http://www.americanmototire.com/catalog ... ts_id=2816

pita to get in i actually messed up the threads and the valve getting them in so i had to go buy tubes from my local honda shop which was cheaper anyway. but if you do get them and install yourself i suggest you put one side of the tire on the rim the stuff the tube inside and finangle the stem in with NO tools, then jocky the other side tire on. its not easy at all, if you can pay to have them put on.

I think the second one is just something you can put on a straight valve. I saw that on the first one I posted but kept looking. The second one is an extension.

then that will work good then, huh i may have to check into something like that now. my elite still has the straight valves. well both now since i had to buy new tubes for the spree,(got tired of messing with the angle and i messed one valve up.)

Yah i'm sure the second ones would work fine. When ya get em, make sure they clear all the stuff (speedo cable, brake cable, muffler, etc) that'd be the only thing i could see it causing a problem with.

I had no problems on my spree with straight stems, I was using a 120 tankless compressor with the standard bicycle pump end on it. I ust gave the stem a firm shove towards the side to get the thing on the stem then fold the levern down start the compressor till it reads the pressure i want and yank the thing off while holding the stem to one side again. And... I put tubes on my spree that had 90deg angle stems on them, piece of cake. just put the stem end of the tube in first and get the stem up against the hole and get it to poke through a little. I used the nut that came from the old tube to protect the treads once they came through the hole then I could grab it with pliers. An old plastic or metal cap would work to I supose. rember to point the 90 deg valve to the muffler side on a spree or it will rub the tranny case. I got my tubes fror $8 canadaian at a stroe that sold pocket bikes and chinese dirt bikes. they were for a xr50 clone.
