I need a functional cup holder (coffee is too hot lol)

Post by Saved »

Anyone have success installing a durable / stable / reliable cup holder? If so, which one did you use, where did you mount it, and do you have pics? I'm tired of spilling coffee on my lap while driving with one hand. :)

I took one of those cheap-o ones you get at Wall mart for $1.19 for 4 of them and sawed off the tab and used a couple self tapping screws to hook it on. Works good for me.

Ok,
Two cup holders on an Elite? You'd fit in well out here. A co-worker was getting sextuple espresso hits in the morning, made even my eyes big.

could get some PVC pipe and an end cap. whatever size pipe to fit your cup. and length, put end cap on pipe and use a self tapping screw and screw into floor board or another location just make sure no wires are underneath.
just a thought.

...I KNEW I had seen one of these somewhere..

Don't let it's price $$ sticker-shock you; this is a Japanese part from you guessed it, japan!!

Super cool styling, and you know it functions 120%. Im going to order one of these for sure!

Think of this as a "Honda quality" cupholder.

It's right here:

I like it and it is very high tech and adjustable and the $15 price is not totally insane but not being available kinda makes it all irrelevant.
