51mm to 55mm bore?

Post by KINGÔäó »

I already have it ported for my 50mm charmo bore, will it fit a 55mm bore? Im using a 50mm sef full counter crank, Don't need to change my bore right now but would it be more reliable to use, because, when I hit 70mph I always feel like the bore is about to seize in my mind. Just need your information and experiences with 50mm and 55mm bores.

big stroker bore need to bore out crankcase in order to fit.. 51,52,54,55mm piston, it is not bolt on!

50mm is the max can without cutting case..

if you like go fast! buy a jog and spend $2,000.Polini crank, bore, big evolution pipe. Dio big stroker will not keep up, on polini jog.70cc/ 84cc/94cc :ndance:

You want to keep the bore to stroke as square as possible so your setup right now is good. What does the engine do to make you think its going to seize?

Im using 100:1 oil right now is that whats making my bore heat up to much??? :nerd: I just put in 1.5 once a gallon of that oil as I've been doing for a while.
stroker 98cc so tell me what ratio of oil I should use. I've been using 50:1 before and used 100:1 I don't feel a difference not in temperature. But only when I hit around 70+mph it starts to rapidly heat up so i have to slow down. plus is a water cooled kit more better to use? give me your information and opinions.

are you using amsoil?yeah 100to1 is not a good ratio.50to1 is to thin too. when your getting up to that speed, the rpms is getting up there so more heat will be created.plus I bet your compression is really high and your using pump 92 octane gas.32to1 is the least I would mix and rejet to adjust to the richer mixture.

check your compression. to high a compression can cause the same symptom too if your running pump gas 92 octane. ALL of the aftermarket kits sold must be run with a octane no lower than 95.stroker kits if run with a high compression must run race gas due to the compression ratio(15to1)

if the motor seize once, then motor will wear anytime on the street. premix 100:1 , 50:1.

Im sure will get more metal shaving flakes on the button crankcase.
