Most would say it is good but I think it is one step lean, but then again I like my engines ti live and will sacrifice an mpg or two for longevity. Like Ron, my mentor always told me "You first have to finish, to finish first!"

Looks like the cardboard brown you want but i'd rather see the mixture ring at the base. Have you tried jetting the main a little lower and the pilot a little higher? I ran a 138 main and 55 pilot when i used the 28mm with the malossi, but you are in hawaii and i'm in michigan so that might make a difference. If anything i'd go a little richer than leaner...IMO.

What was the steps you did to do your plug chop? Want to make sure you did that correct first before giving a opinion on the plug read. The first pic looks lean towards the base of the porcelain but the top is black which tells me the throttle was closed on decel or the egine was at idle for a little bit.

Oh and go in detail on your plug chop. It doesn't take much to get a false reading.

I did the chop correctly. I rode it around for about twenty minutes and held the throttle wide open for about ten to fifteen seconds towards the end of the ride a bunch of times. When I killed the bike I was going wide open til it shut off. I have a stock uncut boost port

The only WOT run that counts is the last one. The rest are a waste of time.

check to see what direction that white lean side of the plug faces when its in the head. mark the plug with a sharpie on the outer side so you can see what side it points to. then check for a leak or tighten the bolts up. I suspect thats the exhaust side where its more white on the porcelain on the plug.

Okay and what's the scoop with this cork ring that came with my kit? Some people here don't use it but it fit right in my exhaust port so I'm gussing its some kinda gasket. I'm running it now in my malossi with a v8

That's an exhaust gasket. You can also use an exhaust gasket like the VW in your avatar uses instead of the cork.
