idk... says 84 aero, and it looks like you have an 86 in your avatar...idk if those parts are interchangable.

Get a part number from them because all the Aero 50 scooter are not the same. I can cross reference a part number for you and tell you what it fits.

Honda says it fits all of the Aero 50s.

Make an offer of $50, if he declines and does not counter offer, offer $65, if he declines that offer $75 but be aware if he declines that you can't even buy the d*** thing at full price because of screw the buyer flea-bay rules. So don't make the 3rd offer unless you are willing to let it go.

Thanks for the bidding guidance and of course the compatability info but will this thing attach to my scoot?

The 1986 and 1987 are NB50 models. The other years are NB50M. So that is the best I can tell you. Your best bet is to have them send you a pic of the installation instructions.
