The engine case mounts match up but not the frame mounts. Dio frames are different than the sa50 frame.

Yes the front main mount just vary size, will work on jdm scooter frame.
Af18/25 same frame work on dioaf18/16 can use ctchrome need to tap vacuum line under reed block outside only for gravity petrol pump only Gas will feed in the carb.
Af27/28/dd50 frame. Work on af18/16 only , same as above.

He is telling you which frames work with which motors and how to plumb the fuel system. Vacuum or electric pumps because of a low fuel tank instead of the gravity fed system like the SA50.
