So long story short I bough a spare af05 engine case so I can build an engine from the ground up. Ended up buying the spree version instead of the se50 one. (My fault, inexperience and lack of research). I was looking at the final gearing and noticed that it is different than my elite. So I decided to check it out. I spun the clutch shaft and counted 5 turns to one turn on the drive shaft. So here are my questions....
1. Is this better than the current SE50P gears I have now? (Looking for top speed)
2. Couldn't I also just bolt this right in with no problem?
Engine is a AF05 from 86 spree, and my scooter is an 87 SE50P
Kinda weird idea.... maybe?

Top speed will be better with the se50 engine. (double reduction ratio trans).![imo :imo:](./images/smilies/imo_trans.gif)
