When connected to battery charger my symptoms:
-Right blinker functions normal (short zap noise though)
-Left blinker is solid light (functions normally at high speed 20mph+)
-Headlight functions hi/lo
-Brake light functions
-Starter button turns starter (hasn't started engine yet)
Okay so my right blinker when wired up to the battery charger on 86 spree functions fine front and rear with fast blinking and sound. However when you switch to the center (No blinker) I can hear a quick zap noise. Then when I switch to the left blinker it is only a solid light and does not blink. I noticed while driving at high speed around 20mph it functions properly however. Also when first switching to the right blinker it makes a fairly loud bug zapping noise for a brief moment near that little black box with two wires connected that head to the light I assume.
Any advice? looks like some wires have been spliced/taped
