Hi-
I am having issue with my 1984 Scoot- I had Honda shop bore and I installed new piston and ring set- Scoot will start then die in 1/2 block- Bogs down and will not restart. When I pull spark plug it is wet. New plug will allow it to start but then dies again 1/2 block. I cleaned out carb (Mikuni PB) and flat seem to be plastic and no adjustment possible.
Any Ideas before I lose it?
If I can not get thing reliable it will be for sale in Chicago area

Check and make sure the float floats and isn't full of junk. Also check for clogged exhaust and clogged up air filter.

Wet with fuel or oil? Could be too much assembly lube fouling your plug.
