Does anybody know how I can make the clutch engage better or if there is a place I can find new clutch shoes for it???

What is the the clutch not doing? High rev or won't take off?

It barely takes off, it's very slow to get going

That is not true. It will take off just fine if it doesn't have a problem. I am taking it that the engine doesn't rev up is that true? If so I can direct you.
