do you have an air filter? if you do not have an airfilter installed you NEED it. it seems weird but that type of carb needs an air filter to work and run properly and faster.

there should be a screw at the very bottom of the bowl. is it screwed in all the way. you also said you cleaned the carb, did you also clean the gaskets with carb cleaner? because carb cleaner will destroy rubber gaskets.

yeah, that regulates how much fuel enters the carb so make sure all that is free moving.

The float should be loose and free to "float" up in the fuel until the bowl is full and the needle seats and shuts off any additional fuel from flowing into the bowl. (bad sentence, reply if it makes no sense)

that little needle i guess its the fuel shutuff needle its under the float. wen i put it in with the pointy side in the hoil it runs fun until i let it idle but slso the pin that holds the flaot is loose wen the flaot is loos and i was just wondernin will that fall out when its loose.

After you slide the pin onto the float you install the float, inserting the pin into position in the groove. Then you install the short screw which holds the pin in place. The pin should be fixed in position held tightly by the head of the screw. The float should pivot freely on the pin.

the pointed part in the hole first so the end fits in the slot of the float.
