The SB50 carb has an oil inlet on the carb body itself. The 87 NQ50 carb does not. Oil on the Spree is injected into the lower of 2 taps on the intake.
IRC there may be slight internal carb part differences, NQ50 vs SB50 ran a different carb tag. If you have a SB50 parts carb around plus take care of the oil injection tap, a swap should work out.
thanks mousewheels the prob is that I have 1989 sb 50 elite and the o ring for the air gas mix screw is bad and I tried to order it from 15 sites and nobody can get it so I tried on ebay no luck the scooter is in great shape 1000 miles and when I got it running it ran good for a week.
