86 gyro s issue

After about 5 mile run it started losing power and I got it home crawling I noticed when I tried to rev it out smoke comes out the crank case breather hose. Any suggestions?

...Just a guess Matt, maybe the cylinder is damaged and letting compression blow by.

I guess that's possible. Also u think a partially clogged expansion chamber would cause the same problem? I pulled it off and beat some rust out and it ran fine 30mph on the flat. Some smoke still came out the breather hose at wot

Yeah, sounds like you're onto something.
Expect a little smoke from the breather is okay.
