Started to clean up my spare AF18 today and quickly saw the sorry state these are in.
Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations/links to source replacements of these?
Looking at the fitment of these i'm picking some very precise and careful presswork will be in order to get them out

Re: Motor Mount Bushes
I see you're in NZ. Check these out from Scootling. You may want to have a quick measure up of your bushes to make sure they look like that are going to fit.
They appear to be OEM so you cant go to wrong. I've bought some my Af18e 125cc stroker but haven't installed them yet.

Re: Motor Mount Bushes
Greetings:
Thanks again for that brilliant write-up Ped. I wonder if the new bushing could be laid over the old one, and assemble the sandwich so that the new bushing drives out the old? I suspect that would create more friction, and maybe the old wouldn't drop out at the point where the new one reaches its correct location if the engine case bore is too deep. Still, it would make it easier to ensure the new bushing is square and reduce the process to a single step if it did work.

I've managed to do a similar thing on larger car suspension bushes wheelman, using the new bush to press the old one out as the new one goes in.
Will give it a go when replacement time comes and report back
Re: Motor Mount Bushes
hi wheelman. it is possible you can stack them and press them out, but you may cause damage.Wheelman-111 wrote:Greetings:

The center tube of bushing sticks out further and may stretch the rubber. the outer metal ring from the bushing Bends easily. I would not recommend using the new to remove the old bushings.
