what do u mean ajust? if u mean the idle screw and air mix screw ive played with thos so much and cant get it any better than it is now. ive cleaned the carb very good .
could be something with the fuel mixture. An intake leak would give that kind of problem. Use carb clean and spray it on the intake base and such and see if it changes the running of the motor on idle.
The needle inside the slide has several grooves to adjust fuel mix.
Some have 3 and I've got some with 5 groves. This accomodates mid-range response.
Move c-clip up or down to change fuel air mix.
The middle groove is the default clip position. Moving the clip towards the needle point one groove will richen the mix.
Moving the clip towards the needle flat one groove will lean the mix.
Hope this helps.
ok well we all know ive had bad takeoff for a few weeks now. well ive decided today that i am officialy going to start driving the tank again just because i know when i give it gas its gonna go and not hesitate in the center of the road with a car coming at me
In my case I had no snap and top speed of 15 miles. I replaced the rings and nothing changed to I looked and the clutch and it was melted as soon as i took off the clutch cover you could see melted metal.
