You guys are great you helped me out alot, i learned more about an engine in 5 mins then i ever did. I put premium in it and i think that helped but my air filter was really dirty and i was riding it around the neighborhood and it was still bogging a little bit so i just pulled out the air filter because i was riding it with out the sides on it and it started bogging really bad, i stuck my finger down by the carb and i was regulating the amount of air going into the engine and i got it to about 34 mph and it was only going about 26 before. Thanks alot for the help! Shes running good now.

oh by the way, u should clean/ replace the filter immediately because running it without the filter will lean out the fuel mixture and can eventually destroy the piston,rings,and cylender. which it what i am going through right now because it was riddin without a filter before i got it.
