spree bogs and wont go no where, since last night

last night was riding home from school, when all asudden my moped did the whole feed me gas and die type deal.. long story short, it runs, but it will only go 5-10 feet b4 it cuts out. any help? =/ cleaned air filter, and plug did nothing tho.

Sounds like your carb might be dirty. Start by thourougly cleaning the entire carb with special attention to the jets.
