it starts up fine then when you get on and try to go with it

it will go for less than 5 seconds then it loses power and starts to die but if you let off the throttle it stays running

im really lost as to what i should do

it idles fine and if you lift up the back wheel and hit the throttle it will go just fine it seems like

but as soon as you get on it it sucks

please i need help and i obviously

Yep clean that carb good and make sure the float is operating freely.
Also make sure your choke is seated in all the way.
You could also try setting your throttle valve needle setting to the first notch which is a leaner setting.

Gas should not run out of gas line when engine is not running.
Your vacuum tube might be clogged .

yeah, the line on the very bottom of the petcock is the vacume line.this allows fuel into the engine when its running so it doesnt flood out the carb and run out of gas while sitting there. take the petcock off and soak it in carb cleaner.
