Post by Crazy_Fro »

hey guys I have been lurking around these forums for a while and just joined, I have just acuired a hond Aero 50 so far i have adjusted the carb so it is running right, cleaned the filter. It runs alot better but i cant hit 40 mph only about 30 right now, i am going to pick up a new plug today and see if that helps. Any Ideas?!

It's only supposed to go 30 MPH. You have to do mods to make them go faster.

I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

fully unrestricted it wont hit 40 easy, it will struggle to get there, this is no 85, you might not even be able to get 40 unrestricted, the fastest i have ever got a 86 going unrestricted was 37.

The engine makes it go therefore you must take apart the engine to make it go faster. Derestricting it isnt hard.
