wont start

hi again,i was wondering if you could help me. i took a starter of a spree and put it in mine.the starter works fine in the other spree.in mine it doesnt hardly even turn the eng over.the eng is not seized because you can turn it over by hand.i took the spark plug out and it turns it over but the starter gets very hot.the batt is charged.im stumped.

Bendix or gears are binding. Try disassembly and lubricate. Check for stripped gears.

i got it working.to be honest i dont know what happened it just started working.but thanks.
