Carb Help!!!

hey all, i got my spree running today!! i was so excited... except, gas drips, almost runs, out of the bottom of the carb (out of the hose) but only when i give it gas and is running.... but i have to give it gas to keep it idleling....

my dad said take it apart and reset the floater..

any suggestions?

can u take a pic of the carb. i think you bottom screw came off, or the seal is busted. or u are missing the float valve. i have extra carbs, and could fix your is u want me to. havent ever had someone compline about a carb i put together for them.

i took it a part and put it back together with no experience... i had no extra peices left over... haha, ill take it apart and take pictures tomarrow

i have the 1985 electric start only model

It sure sounds like your drain screw is either open or missing all together.

it has all the screws, i took apart the carb and took pictures, of it,. ill host them in a new thread....
