Seems to quit

This 1999 Elite SA50 always ran great. IN fact the better of my 2 scooters till yesterday.
For some reason I can start it and it runs idle fine but when I rev it up it wont stay at full speed
in fact if I try to keep it throttled up it bogs out. Wierd how it just started this out of no where. I
did have the tire changed and they took off the muffler to get to it. Maybe something there ?

Any thoughts would be great

Easiest route is a muffler bake. A "search" will give you the proper baking technique and etiquite for such an event.
