stock carb and exaust?
jet size?
when you grab more that 1/4 throttle does she sound like she is throaty or deeper before she dies? like to much fuel not enough air? grab a new air filter or a aftermarket airfilter.

95 jet
sounds good when at 1/4 throttle and sounds good when more than that but only for like 5 seconds then sounds really deep

i moved the clip and changed the spark plug. the only difference it made was when it warmed up i can get to 25mph then it dies for like a second the picks up again till 25mph then does it again.

did you move it up or down? be careful running WOT on a new bore expecially if you leaned the needle. clip up on the needle leans, down richens

Anyone else think it might be the reed valves or in the intake some where?

the stock needle only has 3 notches so i made 2 more notches and moved the neddle down and the lowest one worked like a charm. she'll do 35mph now w/ no problem at all.

He got it running. He had the stock air box on. Cannot run a 95 main jet with the stock box on or it will choke on mid and top. Problem solved.

the 66cc kit you are running should do more than 35 mph. are you still running stock gears? my 43mm kit with 9.1 gears does about 45, it was sold as 65cc but i think its actually more like 60cc. Glad you got it running smoothly now you gotta fine tune it to get the most juice outta that sucker
