I'm going off a hunch with those adapters as if you can tell by the pic they are a 6 lug. I know Honda has many parts that interchange and it just turns out that the later Gyros run a 6 lug? I'll bet that Honda-San's 3 bolts of the road fox will fit within the 6 holes of the gyro X.
Could be - you are correct on the lug, unless the artist meant it when he left the 6th hole off ;). The outer rim & hubcap look much like our TG50's in the diagram below. This is a Gyro Canopy.

Or maybe just use that $100 towards chroming the wheels like that guy in the pic...

BTW any more pics of that Road Fox? I really like the front fender too :thumbwink:
Wish I had more pics and an email address for that yellow Road Fox. I think the front fender is stock JDM.

bradthree, I picked up a 85 Gyro and a parts gyro a few weeks ago.
Are you aware of any mods available for this?
I have a few extra new rear tires as well.

Mousewheels is more the Gyro sensei. Thre are a few homebrew mods to help gain speed and acceleration. If the gyro shares similarities with its japanese counterpart gyroX then there may be bolt ons available.

I was at Wal-Mart and saw these tires . and actually bought a set just to see if they would fit .I didnt mount them but it looked really close one problem .. they would rub on the plastic side covers . So I returned them ..
The size was 15x6.0-6/2 and cost $20.00ea. but have gone up in price a few bucks .
And another set 13x5.0-6/2 cost $10.00 ea.
I dont know tires but do you think they would be too wide on the rim ?
Also they are made for mini tractors and wheelbarrels but they do actually look really good .

OK here is an update ..I just got another Gyro w/ * tires wrong size too small looked like crap .
So I looked and looked and ended up back at Wal-Mart the local motorycycle shop wanted $39.00 Wall mart $22.00
I also got some tubes at Harbor Freight like $4.00 bucks .Done
Stuck one on just to see what it would look like .... judge for yourself ... By the way they will rub on the plastic .

I have not driven on them yet ...so I can't tell you what they will ride like . But the bigger size should make the bike a little faster as the smaller tires gave it more pick up but lost some top end .

66SIX -- :D :D Thanks - I've been wondering how a Gyro would look with 15 x 6 tires. Custom fenders are a nice touch to go with them.
