It should be fine because you oiled the bore and bearings and the piston pin when you assembled it. It couldn't hurt to put a little 2 stroke oil in the cylinder and turn it over with the plug out before you go to start it. If you wanted to get ahead on the break in, you could start heat cycling now. Start it get it to idle and adjust the idle air mixture and idle speed and let it warm up to operating temp then shut it down and let it cool off to ambient temp and repeat. do it a whole bunch, don't really rev it up or drive it until you have done that a bunch. A lot of people have mentioned this process over the yearsand I really think it makes sense and it hasn't steered me wrong so far.
