After trial and error, cutting and grinding, and a couple hubs later. take a look.

Your going to have to flatten the inside of the shock tube where the boss go's. just a little with a hammer. make a mark so that you don't hit the shock tube higher than the boss area. try to keep the tube round. your shock is right there and needs to go up and down. you can cut it but that more fabrication.
Measure 2-3 times then drill your hole straight. use a jig saw for final cutout. keep you cuts straight. so your new boss will be straight with the hub.

Test fit hub and the wheel. tack it in place, with the wheel on the forks. now you know it fits . finish the welds.

The brakes work great. a lot better then the spree brakes.
1. metro brake hub, with brakes.
2. 95mm elite wheel 94-01
3. 94-01 axle bolt, spacers.
4. tire size is 2.75-10.
Any bigger tire will rub on the spree forks.
I think I'm going to change them to left side. because Honda made the brakes for left side. and my wheel is facing opposite side.
I have to get a longer cable. but everything works fine.

I had to delete old photos from the other build to post these photos.
If you plan on going with the metro hub, put it on the left side where Honda intended.
I don't think it will make a difference? but the front wheel will match the rear.

Hi B. I used a 94 and up elite front wheel. the metro brake hub slide into that wheel. I believe the brakes sizes is 95 mm.
the spree front wheel is too small and cannot be used with the met brake shoes.
try to space, and center the elite wheel and metro brake hub on the spree forks, before you cut and weld on the boss. that way there's no binding.
I had to use a hammer to flatten the inside of the spree shock tub a little bit, so the metro hub sit flat. use a magic marker to mark the area you want to flatten just a little. the brakes work great. they stopped just like a elite or metro, after a few miles of brake in. good luck be safe.
