Weird clicking sound at low RPMs from left side...?

When I accelerating slowly, there's this strange clicking/ticking sound that seems like it's coming from the transmission area..... any ideas?

I think I know what sould you're talking about. Mine does it when the kick starter isnt fully in the up position.
