how much gas is in the bike?open the gas cap and look inside the tank.don't always trust the gas gauge. were you packing the person on your bike with you?

clean the air filter and change the plug and try and start it again to see if it runs.

sounds like you seized the engine.the only way to know is to take the cylinder off and look.

Run a compression test first. That should tell the tale.

totally run compression check first. Do you have oil in the oil tank. How many miles are on the scooter? Have you done any engine work recentlly? Remember the elite sr is notorious for the carb coming loose from the intake manifold. check to make sure the carb bolts are tight. Im sure some of the roads there are bumpy. That could be a reason for not running.

If compression tests out OK, then your exhaust could have become restricted with carbon build-up. You can test for that by running the engine and blocking the tailpipe. If it makes no difference to the engine speed you have a blocked exhaust.

oh yahh try a new plug too. Could be carbon build up. But if you block the tail pipe it wont run at all. And he cant even get is started now. Usually carbon wont choke the bike that fast. Carbon is more like a slow build up and power loss over time. Unless a piece of carbon got loose and clogged the muffler. That is possible. Thats why we to know how many miles are on this scooter?

look guys i have oil in oil tank , i have descarbonize the exhaust recently and i think the carb it's not loose, the bike start's in 1 kick no problems but have no power to keep up in speed, and the engine sound rare, i don't have any compression tester so i put my finger in the hole and kick , the finger is getin out by compression, and the bike have 6000 miles on it

Your exhaust manifold is clogged. Allmost 95% sure. Starts one kick and no power. That is totally carbon in the muffler or exhaust manifold. Remove the carbon from your exhaust manifold and your scooter will be fast again.

Did you get a new spark plug yet? It could be a simple as that. I am curious. You said you looked in the exhaust manifold and it was clean? But you de-carboned the muffler? If the muffler was clogged ususally there is massive carbon restricting flow from the exhaust manifold also if both have never been cleaned. Now if the exhaust manifold was cleaned out prior to this with 6000 miles on it, the muffler could easily clog again and the exhaust manifold would not. Hope this makes sense.
If you loose power here are a few areas of interest in your case.
#1Restriction of air flow
#2fouled plug
#3worn belt about ready to break.
#4 Worn out and glazed driven and drive face(doubtful but I have seen this)).
#loose carb or gas restricted flow(dirty in-tank filter(rare))
When you have low compression the scooter is usually just hard to start but once running will be soso. Check your belt.
