Got the 87 running pretty good now. Carb has started to leak out of the bowl vent, so new needle is in order.
Anyway, I've been letting the kids/wife scoot around on it and it seems fine, but it tends to bog down and complain when I ride. Just how big is too big for this thing? I know 6'3" 290 is pobably a bit more than "design capacity" but on straight runs it does okay and hit about 22 mph with me!
What kind of weight do you haul on your Spree?

i think that the spree is rated for 180lbs but putting on a new clutch and belt will help the complaining and some of the bogging, clean the carb, my neighbor takes off on my spree from time to time he weighs in at 230 and it seems ok, not the best but ok.
