I've got a 96 CH80 that I am resurrecting from the boneyard. I put a carb, an exhaust and a tank on it. The ignition wsa gone so I jumped it in the interest of trying to start it. The starter relay appears to be bad so I jumped it using a pair of needlenose to make contact. I've got a spark and fuel, but it won't even cough. Since the plug is sparking I'm assuming that the Ignition Control Module is working, but....
I could use some help, cuz reight now I'm at a loss. In the meantime I'm going to order a Starter relay and does anyone have an ignition? I know TAZ posted that he can cut keys.

You need to check compression first. If that is good I would suspect you carb needs a going thru. Since fuel in the float bowl does not mean fuel in the engine. You could always prime the engine, either thru the spark plug hole or into the carb and see if it fires.
