Take the belt off and try to spin the back tire.

Could be the clutch is stuck to the cluth bell.

happened to me once: the internal nut on the clutch came loose/off but the bell was still on, so clutch was stuck engaged. the bike also wouldnt run like this, if urs does then idk. open up the clutch.

didn't rip down clutch but took ratchet and socket and can move with wrench it loosen up enough i could rock free by moving scooter back and forth so decided to take for ride two blocks later same thing ideas? my guess the springs are shot or missing in clutch when i leave it also seems to lack power to idk, but before anyone tells me to rip clutch off i have no impact so i have to take to a buddy's place and borrow his.

alright me and traffic got to talking thought i would bring to light with members of this site, forgotten details motor still runs when tire locked up no belt squell but have bigger belt and washer mod so belt might be up high enough not to make noise, but what we came up with is bearing on gear shaft, just for the heck of it thought would put that idea on here to see if any members have come across same problem. (sorry for poor grammar plz ignore)
