electic start sorry guys... is there a difference between a stroker start and a stock electic start? same way to install it?

The starter motor just spins the crankshaft. It doesn't know how far up and down the piston is travelling with every rotation. On a couple of my builds, higher compression caused the starter to struggle a bit - sort of "pause" as the piston approached TDC. This issue disappeared when the engine was "Pre-Kicked" a couple of times to spread lubricant. The late, lamented MadDog frequently boasted of a mysterious "High-Torque Starter" he had installed in the past, but nobody seemed to be able to obtain any further information about this device.
If your compression remains in viable territory, any starter should do the job.

wheel man. Back in the 90s there was such a thing. We had a few lying around in my shop maybe last year, I totalled spaced and sold them, tried to get more, no dice.... There are still a few flying around the moped community...
