wich engine will fit in my nb50 1984

now i have the choice dealer near me have a dio 1993,dio 2000,aero 1986(cheap price)

i want something that i could tune to the limit and have max performance i have a lot of time next month and i want to keep my aero 1984 because the body is like new ...thanks everyone mike

if the 1986 nb50 fit let me know i have the nh80 carb that fit and i will pick up the 65cc big bore polini kit

Les conseils que tu vas recevoir du forum Spree viennent du cote Americain de la frontiere. Ainsi, les connaissances sont limites. (Les miens inclus)
D'abord, les proprios du modele 1983-84 ne sont pas nombreux. J'ai lu aucun rapport sur une conversion d'un modele 1984. C'est assez simple de convertir un AERO '85-'87; Il s'agit seulement de fabriquer une braquette monte-moteur aved des dimensions complementaire.
Par contre, si comme je pense ton moteur est inscrit AB09 -verifie ton couvercle de transmission - eh bien j'ignore comment les dimensions se comparent.

Question filage electrique: les prises et blocs-connecteur sont peut-etre differents aussi.

Ceci etant dit, parmi les moteur les plus "modifiables" est le AF16E, equipe de serie sur les modeles SA50 Elite50 aux Etats, et aussi les modeles Dio 1992-'94 au Canada. Possiblement un Dio 2000 Canadien va posseder on moteur AF18; c'est encore mieux.

Mais avant de proceder, ce serait prudent d'assurer que les freins avant sont capables d'arreter le potentiel de vitesse de ces engins, qui peuvent en theorie pousser plus que 110 KMH.

The NH80 carb will not fit on the stock manifold.

Even an expensive one is like $9 or $10 US. Did you get the reeds with it? They are a lot bigger than the 50cc reeds.

when i will put my nh80 carb did i need the nh80 petcock too or the stock nb50m petcock will do the job

now i found the derbi boulevard piston size 40 mm x 39.3 mm its the same size in my engine so i think if i use my tools and table drill and put the right bolt i could put the derbi bored kit in my nb50m.

It would depend on the spacing of the studs/bolts that hold the cylinder and head on. It would also require the ports to be in the right place.

Even if you could hammer a 40mm Derbi piston into a 40mm Honda cylinder, I think you'd still be stuck at 49cc, and your scoot would still be a 25mph Spree.

Not a Spree but a 1984 Aero 50 but I agree, what's the point in major mods that gain you nothing.
