Looking for credible maintanence info on a Honda Spree

Man whoever had that spree really had some time on their hands with painting the frame black, making the wiring harness red and the attention to detail on the green. Looks sharp as * man but where are the side panels?

The side panels are sitting downstairs waiting to be painted. He originally I guess didn't like them on so he just rode with it naked like that. I'm getting some paint this week so I can put them back on.
