drive belt

New to this innernet thing hope all can read this spelling is not good

i need info on the drive belt for my 1995 Honda spree the honda ^&$#@ it not munch help here and there anser is give up and by a new bike wood like to go to the auto store and get one and to @&$$ with them

don't you mean 1985 honda Spree? lol if so try a Gates 7240 belt from the autoparts store

is this going to be a wider belt or the same as a stock

It am guessing it is the same never seen a new stock belt. stock belt from honda is like 30 bucks. the gates 7240 is around 12 dollars

called advance thay did not have the same brand name but the one thay have is less then6 doller

Buy the Gates belt, It is the best bang for the buck.

You want a decent quality belt in your drive system. Brand names only or OEM.

I agree with bear, you get what you pay for. If you plan on doing a lot of riding you want a belt that is not going to wear out after a couple hundred miles. As you know the scooter wont move at all without the belt

speaking of which, which belt to you reccommend for my af16e engine i am piecing together bear? only drive mod is new performance vari (Prodigy vari)

thanks for all the help from all
making one spree out of 3 scrap ones
and have had to make some parts and get some from ebay like the piston and rings
and do some dremmel work on it
if you start with scrap you can have more fun
this is my frist spree not my frist i have a qt50 that i did wood put a photo up of it but not smart anuff to do so

if you can figure it out, pics are always great we love to look at pictures that way we dont have to read hahhaha if you need any more parts post it up here in the wanted section you may get a better deal than fleabay. Are you doing a restore or something wierd? lol

its not fleybay its called byitnowbay
if you spell as bad as me you cant put things back togater like thay shood be eather!!!!
if some one wood give a email addrest ill send some pitcher and put them up on her for me of my qt50 it 2 frames weled togather to streach it out a honda express frontend made a trunk out of the rackin the back and made my muffler it dose 35 and when its in a good moood more
