yes again.....trouble....misfire at wot....

i re did my intake windows and went alittle too deep on bottom......... :nervous:
put hole in bottom of block/ window... jb weld marine cold welded it. Seems to run fine till im wot/going fast it misses like timing is off not really a bog..... had it tune good before .... i re checked the area and put a 2nd and 3rd coat to be sure,,,,, put a leaner jet same, put a richer jet same problem???? will run it tomarrow when 2nd 3rd coat dries.....

You do know that they can actually weld aluminum and JB will not last long.

Cost too much.... I would have to remove crank and seals to weld.... I gota sym dd50 block for 80 bucks already cut for stroker. So I'm gonna port the new block and swap it out.

Why? It's not like you need to weld up a 3" crack. My welder guy does this kind of stuff all the time for a friend who races outboards still.
